|Recommended: YesNice Amenities but Poor Staff — The apartment complex is extremely nice compared to other ones that I have lived in. All of the floors are concrete and the kitchen and bathroom look virtually brand new. Some other benefits include public pool, dog park, and a great lounging area where you can study at.
The only con living at The Lift is that maintenance is pretty poor. For example, the gate to the garage was broken and left open for over two months, the dog park smells horrible due to lack of cleaning, and trash builds up regularly at the public recycle and waste disposals. However, I would still recommend The Lift to a friend as the pros outweigh the cons.

In regards to the issues you have experienced, unfortunately, the garage door was hit by a resident and then we had to wait for the one company in Oklahoma that repairs commercial garage doors to receive in the parts and then come fix it. We are in the hands of our vendors at times, but do apologize that it took so long for those parts to come in. Our maintenance staff also works very hard to pick up after the residents that leave trash daily out and also in cleaning the dog park multiple times each week. |Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — The staff at LIFT are so hospitable and warm. When my husband and I first moved to OKC, we had three apartment options and mutually decided to live at LIFT due to the friendliness of the staff, ambiance of the lobby and many amenities, and value of the apartment for the space provided. We’ve really enjoyed our time as residents here and recommend anyone moving to the city to look here.

A constant game of pool or foos ball, a hot cup of a coffee, a beautiful dip in the pool, and a huge parking garage Definitely one of my favorite places I’ve lived and with very great amenities My apartment also has a spectacular sunset view every night- can’t beat it

|Recommended: YesI think the property is very nice and well kept up. It also feels super safe. — I would tell them that it is a safe apartment complex. I would also say that it is a very clean complex and that the staff is outstanding. Maintainance requests get done quickly and correctly. Finally that the apartments themselves are clean, nice, and spacious.
